Alone in a crowd

A poem i wrote after i had an argument with someone.

I am standing
In a crowd
But I cant see
Or feel
Anyone around me.
I'm alone
Even among others
It seems as if
I am just a small speck
On the great canvas
Of life
I stand still
And the world
Goes on around me
Unaware of me
Or my feelings
Or my desolation.
I will be forever
Alone in a crowd
